I just bought a new Gaming PC with 8gb of Ram, i5 8400 and a Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti. The problem is that it doesn't matter what game I launch I have very low FPS (1-7 fps).
I've downloaded all the drivers up to date and over clocked my GPU.

I don't have a display connector plugged into my Graphics card but into my MotherBoard btw.

I tried to play ARK Survival evolved and the maximum FPS I got was 1fps
I tried to launch WOW and the maximum I got was 5 fps, even in the menu.

What is the problem and how can I fix it?

See if you're on the latest motherboard BIOS. Uninstall and reinstall your GPU drivers. What other game titles have you tried and what sort of FPS's do you get?

Speaking of which, please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
