Question Very bad frame drops suddenly

Out of nowhere, my pc started having extremely bad frame drops, and i have no idea what is causing it. Any ideas of what could be the problem?
My specs are: i3 7100 gt 1030 8gb 2400mhz.
The frame drops happen in every game, and im pretty sure its not caused by a bottleneck since just a week ago everything was working just fine.

what do you consider "frame drops"?
what do you consider the difference is between that and stuttering or just bad performance in general?

what games,
what in-game settings(resolution, graphical details, etc)?

include your power supply make(manufacturer), model(specific unit), overall time in use.

a week ago everything was working just fine.

what do you consider "fine"?
what type of average high & low frame rates in which particular games?

Games your playing

A GT 1030 isn't a great card for gaming in first place.

And i3 is also quite under powered.

Is the 8gb a single stick or duel ?
