VERY BAD GRAPHICS on ULTRA Settings!!!

My system specs are.

I7 4790 3.6 Ghz
Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600 Mhz
Seagate Baracuda 1TB
Cooler Master B600 600W psu
Hp LP2475w LCD Monitor

I am using the intel hd for gaming and will get an Msi r9 390 soon.Now the problem is that i started playing old games like hitman blood money,Gta san andreas and spiderman 3, and im playing spiderman 3 on ultra settings but the graphics are soo bad, getting jagged image and edges on 4x AA and shadows are worse..What could be the problem??? 2. do you have the latest Intel graphics drivers installed?

Intel graphics is weak it's not good enough to play games on ultra settings maybe low settings but it won't complete with better Gpu's and if you want your games to look good your MSI Radeon R9 390 will be the Gpu for the job

I installed drivers from the cd that came wih the gigabyte motherboard.
So there is nothing wrong with the monitor? i am using VGA to DVI converter cable.

So this is happening because the intel gpu can't support ultra graphics.But these games are old, is this the only reason for these kind of jagged up graphics?
