So, ill link some screenshoots so u can judge by yourself. I actually dont understand why my gpu use is always 5-25%.
In-game screenshoot:http://prntscr.com/eir3pt
Cpu:http://prntscr.com/eir4ze
GPU:http://prntscr.com/eir5am
Please help, 100%sure its a really small detail that im missing, bc all other games run just fine. ex: btf4 60-70fps.
Anything is appreciated!

There doesn't appear to be a problem. The game is running at over 100FPS. I have a 770M that I play LoL on and it runs smoothly as well.
Have you tried setting a Framerate cap in LoL settings? I cap mine at 60.

Hey, thanks for answering. It is a problem, this card should be running at 200-300fps while in my case it clearly isnt. Its uncapped and has vsync off. The problem is that sometimes in huge teamfights it drops down to 40,wich in a higher level of play its very uncomfortable. I also want to record sometimes and thats why i need that extra room for fps.

I gotta disagree with you there. I record and game consistently using Shadowplay(Now just Share) and at 60 FPS with zero issues. Try to cap it at 120 if that makes you feel better. I really don't see any reason your GPU would be dropping to 40fps either.

it really drops to 40fps.. and i usually play at 80-95fps (i got 100 there bc custom alone)

Well that could be an issue. Can you upgrade to 16Gb? Your GPU an CPU should be able to handle this game flawlessly, so the RAM is the only thing I could see being a a problem and even then 8Gb should be fine for League in my opinion.

league barely uses 800mb of my ram.. u can see in the screenshoot that i linked, that league only uses 3524mb of my 8gb. I dont think thats the issue. Something must be stoping my gpu from being fully utilized to its full power..

So in one sentence you're saying league uses 800mb (barely) and then you're saying league is using 3524Mb which equals 3.4Gb. Is the 3.4Gb ALL of your services including your OS or is it just League?

No man, i said while playing league, my PC uses 3.4gb of 8gb, league only uses 800-1.2Gb..

You could always start from scratch. Uninstall GPU drivers and reinstall.

i already did..

Try tuning your in-game graphics down to high or medium and see if the problem replicates.

i just tried and i get same fps, sometimes gets to 125..

Try turning off "Wait for V-Sync" if you haven't. And turn off "Eye Candy" and lemme know what it does for ya.
