I have a bottleneck that's all ... can you recommend me other CPUS?
You are absolutely sure you have a bottleneck? Did you confirm this by looking at your by core usage on the CPU in Afterburner?
How do you know? Just curious.
If you are in need of a new CPU, You need one that fits in your socket first and foremost. I can see the CPU fits an FM2+ socket, but I want to be sure first.
Can we get your Mobo's name please? Well need that before recommending anything specific.
I will admit that I am not familiar with the AMD APU family, but I don't believe that your processor could be the bottleneck, as San Andreas is not a hard game to run by any account. I can't imagine the game putting so much stress on the APU that you would be limited to constant 34fps.
Always be sure you absolutely know exactly what the problem is before spending the time and money upgrading.

this video has my same spec I think I'll have to upgrade my CPU and get maybe a Intel Pentium Dual Core G4560 3.5 GHz CPU - Black
will it work??
The video you found was not what we had in mind. It gives no onscreen frame-rate, nor does it show the in-game settings for visual quality.
I would not trust it.
You cannot upgrade from an AMD platform to an intel one without switching to the appropriate socket type for the intel CPU. If you want to upgrade to a Pentium, you will need to buy another motherboard and swap it out with your current one. This will involve waiting for parts to arrive, tearing down your entire system, taking everything out, putting in the new board, then putting everything else back in as well as rewiring everything, etc. This is all assuming your power supply can handle the new load, and you have all the right cables and connectors you need.
It will be a lot of work, and you will want the help of an experienced builder if you are not familiar with modern PC building.
You will not need a new motherboard if you go with another FM2 compatible CPU. However, I am not sure if buying another APU is the right move for you, as all FM2 APUs will be quite old and slow compared to modern CPUs out on the market today.
Again, can we get your Motherboard's model please? It will likely have FM2 in the name.
If you really feel it is worth the effort to upgrade to a G4350,
I would strongly recommend a new build entirely. One that will take full advantage of all the parts you already have, otherwise you will likely be disappointed with the performance no matter what you change. You would need to talk to an experienced builder for some help choosing parts before you buy them. They would also need be there in person to help you put everything together in the new build, unless you are willing to put in the 120+ hours of research to learn everything you need to know to do it yourself.
Have you tried other games? Have you for sure identified the problem? The more information you give the more we can help.
Sorry for the bad news. Let me know what you are thinking.
