We have Fry's electronics in AZ. They must have 50 models on display. I could not find one decent monitor.

I want a 24 inch LED with two HDMI inputs and a DVI, AND a stable stand. All these new thin monitors come with cheap, flimsey stands. The monitors wobble if you type hard on your desk, adjust settings or even touch the monitor, they could fall over. I broke an LG off the mount trying to adjust it in the store, then looked it up on newegg for review and everyone said, flimsy stand.

I will spend up to $300. Does anyone have a recommendation?

Thanks!

I love Dell Montiors. I am upgrading from a Dell which was 10 years old, I think when flat panels first came out. It adjusted all ways and was a USB Hub.

Anyway, I ended up with an ASUS VS247H-P. What I learned. I have a high end video card with HDMI output and DVI. Everyone said, oh yes the HDMI is what you shoud use. No. HDMI blurred text. Have you have tried to hook up your TV to your computer. Same thing. Also, the Aspect Ratio playing HD movies was not right. Switched to DVI and all those issues went away.
