[SOLVED] Very hot after repaste?

I just repasted my computer and I tried following videos as best as I could etc. Now im back on computer and its still very hot? It even says max 94 degrees and I was at 94 when i tried gta and some other games... But I did have more fps and performance. So heat increased but so did performance?

how did you repaste it pea spot or other also made sure cooler is well seated on cpu and fans spin .

It will not function for a long time while being so hot. Your cooling should do a better job.

I tried doing the pea spot. Btw my computer is an acer nitro 5. I screwed the screws as best as I could. I also cleaned my fans as best as I could.

So you actually have a LAPTOP computer. Not much you can do about these. Try a cooling pad.

Well, it is easy to upgrade a cooler in Desktop. Laptops have very limited options. Thermal paste is just a part of the story. The cooler design in a confined space plays a big role.
10th gen Intel is a beefy chip and RTX is a beefy GPU, they create lots of heat.

Well, if you reattached it less effectively than it originally was, then it's likely that your gain from new paste would be canceled out by a worse connection.

No.

A heat sink is a basic physical process. If you've re-attached the heatsink in a less effectively manner than before, your temperatures would go up because of basic thermodynamics.
