Very long long time to boot windows 8.1

Hi all,
My laptop takes along time to boot its taking between 3 or 4 mins to to boot, i also switched the fast start up ON but it does not help .
can any one help me with this matter?

Then you should do it.I'm using Smart Defrag 4 because its faster than factory windows Defragment.If you are willing to download here's da link:
SMART DEFRAG 4
Install it , open it,just dont install any adware be carefull when clicking next,when installation finishes,open it and where does say Smart Defrag select the arrow and click defrag only and thats it,you have to wait only.
