ok now i have glary...but i can not aad the picture here....windows boot time is 8 s

That can be perfectly normal, how long does it take from when windows starts loading until you are in?

Your motherboard may have some options in the bios for quick boot which will reduce the amount of time it takes from initializing power to when windows begins loading.

Yes i have set ultra fast boot..if you think it's ok, I will not deal with it....but when I chose the components Everyone on the Internet I found .... ssd is faster than they start the pc in 10-15s .... and so onto youtube .... and for example...i have a 9yers old notebook intel 2 core 1.5ghz 2 gb ram and 5400 rpm hdd whit win 7 32bit....and he start about 70s...but if it's okay I will not deal with this one just want to be sure if I did not make a mistake when asembling or choosing the operating system.

I personally hardly ever shutdown my computer, just stick it in either sleep or hibernate and your startup time will be nearly instant.
