Question Very loud fan

My 1660TI phoenix has been running fine for about 9 months but about last month the fans ramped up to max speed and now is incredibly loud, ive tried using msi afterburner to slow the fan down but nothing is happening can anyone help

The fan will spin up according to temperatures....

Have you cleaned your system recently? Has something changed with your airflow?
Have you recently updated your GPU driver?
