Very loud PC fan

On my pc case are a total of 4 fans (without CPU and, GPU) One of them is making a very loud grinding sound (like a blender but not that loud). Can you help me fix it. Thanks

Bad bearing or is something obstructing the fan?

If nothing is obstructing , only option is to get a new one.

Nothing you can do except replace the fan. The bearing is worn out. The Arctic F12 PWM or Artctic F14 PWM are nice budget models. Just be sure to get the model which can be mounted either direction. Product linked, you can choose whichever size your case uses. Most likely it is 120mm or 140mm.
