Question Very loud sound from watercooling for CPU (I think)

Yesterday, I was using my PC and everything was alright. This morning when I turned it on it started making this weird loud sound. I thought it was the fan, but I was wrong. I think the sound comes from the watercooling for the CPU. Here is the video I recorded now.
