Very Low FPS (10-20 FPS) After reinstall Windows 10

Hi,

First of all, I would try to explain the issue that I have faced in detail, but my english isn't that well. The spec of my laptop is:
Processor: Interl(R) Core(TM) i7-4712MQ CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz,
RAM: 16.0 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
video card: either Intel (R) HD Graphics 4600 (total memory 2160 MB and VRAM 112 MB) or NVDIA GeForce GR 750M (total memory 12199 MB, VRAM 4066 MB)
*NOTE: I copied the processor, RAM and system type from Control Panel -> System and Security -> System and the Intel video card I copied it from "dxdiag" under "display" and the NVDIA I copied it from "dxdiag" under "render"

So the issues is, this morning I just reinstalled the windows 10 on my laptop because it run quite slow, not only in dota but for daily use too. Before I reinstall the windows 10, the FPS was 40ish to 50ish, I was hoping after I reinstall the Windows 10 my laptop would run faster. But then, after I finished with the windows 10 installation I directly downloaded Dota 2 and tried to play. It way even worst than before, the fps is unstable, sometimes it goes on 40 fps but then sometimes drop to 10 fps. I tried to update the NVDIA driver but it didn't help at all. Is there any solution? Hello... 1) after a new NVidia driver install you need to set the control panel-NVidia app to 'high performance"
2) after a Win OS install you need to go to the control panel-power options... and create a 'Custom performance" profile and set your CPU, GPU, PCIe for 100% max.

Re-boot your computer/OS for changes to take affect B )

Thank you for your reply. I found the NVIDIA control panel but I couldn't find how to change it to "high performance". There are options: "Adjust image settings with preview", "manage 3D settings", and "Set PhysX Configuration".

I figured it out and it helped alot at the first moment. I changed both options (no.1 and no.2) and my fps jumped to 80ish to 100ish. But then after few moments it came back again to 30ish 40ish and even to 10ish. I checked the temprt using Piriform Speccy and it showed that my CPU temp is 76°C, Motherboard is 80°C, Graphics is 73°C, and storage is 41°C. Is the temperature too high? The CPU and graphics card temperature color is orange, Motherboard is read and storage is yellow. What does it mean? If it is too high, how can I fix it?

Hello... GJ and work... you could have a cooling fan that is worn out or starting to fail... this is common... they may be turning but unable to turn at full torque/speed... place your hand by them and feel how much air they are pushing... OR see if you have lint/hair/? blocking the flow of air into your laptop.

The MB temp is high... but hey you have a small LAPTOP... and there is LOW mass aluminum heatsinks and very small FANs in it... that's why the gaming pros and tournaments use larger desktops, larger heatsinks and fans. B /

Laptops and hardware will have temperature Protection software/firmware in them to 'down clock" and make sure you don't burn your Body and Home down... or destroy themselves... and that is a good thing B )

You may have to LOWER your in game settings to keep your hardware cooler and your frame rates consistent... "less eye candy"
