[SOLVED] Very Low FPS and BSOD

So I had a few memory management BSODs and I managed to troubleshoot them by updating my drivers, fidgeting with my ram, and resetting the OS around my files. Once the BSODs stopped happening I started getting a crackling static sound from the audio. I fixed this by reinstalling the Realtek High Definition Audio driver. Now I think my gpu may be failing. Every game I play since resetting the computer drastically drops in framerate to the point of being unplayable.
Here is the results of my UserBenchmark test:

I'm not sure why I'm getting poor performances across the board, can somebody please advise how to go about restoring my computer to it's former glory? This was my first pc build and its been going strong for about 3 years now, the only thing I've tweaked are the fans and cpu cooler since.

much appreciated!

Solution
Following steps you could try if not already done, also Userbenchmark is a very poor representation of any PC and what it actually can do.

What PSU make and model do you have? What are your temps idle and under load ie.Cinebench. Your SSD is pretty poor and any Samsung EVO would be way faster, if it is old it could be coming to the end of it's lifespan. Use Crystaldisk to check it's overall health. It can also check your HDD too, slow drives, slow system.

Install latest Chipset drivers for your Mobo
Reinstall your GPU driver from the maker.... not a generic Win 10
Run CCleaner and clean your Registry, maybe pathways are full of un-needed rubbish

Hope some of this helps

Cheers

Hmm that didn't seem to work. I'm still getting significant frame rate drops in games that were playable earlier. My bios settings seem to check out, and I know the mobo is updated.
I feel like at this point it could be a faulty gpu, cpu, or mobo.
I thought it was my RAM but it passed the windows memory diagnostic tool, if that means anything.

PSU: EVGA Supernova 750 G5, 80 Plus Gold 750W
I bought it recently when I changed cases about two months ago.

My cinebench score for 4 cores came out to be around 1530.
I just ran the heaven benchmark: (3440 x 1440p, Quality: High)
FPS: 53
score: 1353
Min FPS: 8.2
Max FPS: 127.0

the gpu reached 82 degrees running this.

When it was running normally:
Idle cpu temps generally range from 39-55 degrees
When I'm gaming it goes up to 78 -80.

I definitely plan on replacing the ssd. Been playing my games off the hard drive in the meantime.
