Very low fps crysis 3

So i went out and brought crysis 3

I went onto campaign and maxed out the setting and im hitting 30FPS.
Could it be a bottlekneck ? Because i looked at 7950 footage and people are hitting 110FPS+ With their sapphire 7950's
System specs:
Motherboard : AsRock 970 Extream 3
CPU : AMD Phenom II x4 945
RAM : Vengeance 16GB ram 2 x 8GB
PSU : Corsair CX600 V2 600W
Graphics Card : SAPPHIRE TECHNOLOGY Radeon HD 7950 Vapor-X OC BOOST
SSD : OCZ Technology 60GB
Case : NZXT Phantom 410 T

Not possible no single 7950 can hit 110FPS+ with Crysis 3 maxed out. Even a gtx 690 only plays crysis maxed out on like 60fps or so. What you are receiving for maxed settings is perfectly normal, Crysis 3 is a very demanding game.

yes i agree.you can't get 110fps with single gpu.be happy!

With his settings it hits 50-67 no where near 110.

With his settings it hits 50-67 no where near 110.

then guy is 100% lying.

make sure you have latest drivers

The guy in the video said he overclocked his CPU a bit, so thats probably why and most likely has a more powerful CPU than you
