Question Very low fps in general

Hey, I have a gtx 1070 and a i5-8600k, 16 go ddr4 2133 mhz ram, gtx 1050 for my second monitor, 2 x 240 gb ssd and I can't even run csgo low graphics, i'm doing 100 fps. It does that in other games too and it even lags when I'm just opening discord or internet and things like that, everything is a lot slower. it started doing that two days ago and idk what's causing this. Any help would be very appreciated.

My temps are completery fine, It's running 39 degrees idle and like 55 degrees max
I just did all my drivers update from driverhub and geforce experience
and also i did a userbenchmark test
