Very low fps with gtx 1050 & intel pentium G4560 - Please help!

I am getting 15-20 fps in CS:GO with my new setup that has gtx 1050 & intel pentium G4560. I have the video settings set to low and have no idea why I'm getting such low FPS. I have downloaded the latest driver from GeForce Experience. I watched videos on youtube with gtx 1050 & intel pentium G4560 and they got 200fps in high video settings. Please help!

I already have done this... but do I need to take my VGA cable out that's connected to my motherboard?
