Hello everyone.
I have a problem with my notebook. It's Samsung NP350V5C. It worked corectly for about a month, but since last week it takes very long to start Windows. I decided to check it in HDTune, and results, are below:

Those are very low, even under 1MB/s, that's why there was problem with startup.
I replaced my HDD with new one, but result was same as earlier.
Then I tested both HDD's in mhdd and (surprisingly) the transfers were normal (I finished test earlier, because of lack of time, if full results will help I will do it once again). Maybe not the highest, but it shows that it's not HDD's fault.

Next thing's were tests via usb - sata adapter, and hdd - odd adapter.
Usb - sata adapter (on other pc tested in hdtune) proved that HDD is good.

And hdd - odd adapter didnt help, transfers were still under 1MB/s.
The last thing I tried was to run HDTune on absolutely clean Windows - no soft, no drivers.
I don't know what to do. My knowledge ends with this problem. Maybe you will suggest me some solutions.
At the end I would like to apologize for my bad English, it's not my main language :)

PS. At my work we have the same (literally the same) problem with 1 year old Dell. The weirdest thing is that technician replaced motherboard a week ago, but the situation didn't change.

There are a lot of 3rd party HDD/SSD diagnostic tools which you could try, but I'd suggest that you backup any important data which you might have, just to be on the safe side in case something unexpected happens. After that, you could download DLG (Data Lifeguard Diagnostics) for the WD drive and run both tests (Quick and Extended), to see if you get the same results. Here's how to do that: How to test a drive for problems using Data Lifeguard Diagnostics for Windows
If you want to try a universal diagnostics tool, check out this article and try some of the suggestions (there are both brand related and 3rd party programs there): http://pcsupport.about.com/od/filerecovery/tp/free-file-recovery-programs.htm

Oh, and a happy new...
Hey there, Jachim208.

It really seems like the drive is not the culprit here. Especially having in mind you've tried 2 different drives and still get the same results, but everything seems to be OK when connected externally. It all points to a problem with either the SATA cables, the SATA port, or the motherboard itself. You could still test the drive with a different computer, to see how they'd perform and run a diagnostics test as well, just to be on the safe side. However, I'd recommend that you send the notebook to a computer service shop (or the place you bought it from if it's still under warranty) for diagnostics, to see what you're dealing with here. Hopefully it turns out to be a faulty cable - it is easily replaceable and you should be up and running in no time. :)

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.

Thank you for your answer.
I think I will send the computer, so the experts will deal with it, unfortunetally I can't afford this right now.
HD Tune still returns bad results, but os and everything works fine (slower, but without bluescreens etc.). I think I will keep it for a few weeks, and then decide.
Is there any universal diagnostic tool (like those in dell laptops), maybe this one will show something more :)

And thank you for help Boogiman
