very low idle very high load

ok here goes, i have de-lidded and planned to oc 4670k. now i have a h80i cooler and my cpu is at 3.4 ghz and auto volts, i plan to set to 1.200 and re do but 1 minute of prime 95 gets me up to 100 degrees c. and heres the weird bit, im idleing at around 30 degrees c at desktop, and i dont get into 40 with general browsing and watching things online, ( 25% load). any suggestions? ive tried reapplying paste between ihs and the cooler (arctic silver and i dont rate it anymore, and liquid ultra between die and ihs) i have just updated bios. do i really have to keep going thru liquid ultra at a prodigious rate and the silver in re seating attempts? lol eventually i will bend a cpu pin or something 🙁

It could be you did not get a very good over clocker but at those volts you should not be seeing so much heat. Do you still have your Air Heat Sink. Try it just to rule out the H80i having issues like its pump not working properly or it got a hole and leaked. You could try hooking your pump power to Mulex to see if it the PWM.
