About a week ago i noticed significant performance issues within my computer having to do with Disk Usage and Hardware reserved RAM. 4 of 8 gigs of my ram is being reserved for hardware. Also my disk usage is unreasonably high most of the time (99%-100%). I've already tried re-seating my RAM. I've both toyed in and factory reset my bios. I've done various things within the command prompts (such as disable superfetch), as well as cleared temporary files. And I've tried changing the SATA port that the Hard Drive is connected to. All of these parts are roughly 2 years old. My specs are:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD
GPU: SAPPHIRE DUAL-X Radeon R9 280 DirectX 11.2 100373-2L 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support
CPU:AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5 GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W FD6300WMHKBOX
RAMG.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL
Hard DriveSeagate ST310005N1A1AS-RK 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"

If needed i can provide the link to the exact part. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Solution
You forgot to mention your OS. Is it Windows 10? If so you're suffering from a memory leak and OS corruption. Might want to try and make sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date and after that run a repair install.

It'd be good to know what your PSU is as well.
