I have a very old PC I use for general stuff. The specs are Intel i3-2100, 2GB of 1333Mhz RAM and NVIDIA GeForce 210. Which card should be better? the integrated Intel HD Graphics 2000 or the GeForce 210?

Solution
The clockspeed of the 210 is around 500MHz, whilst the speed of the videochip of your i3 is 850MHz, with a max of 1,1GHz. So yeah, the integrated graphis is better.
You can find much better used old cards such as the GTX750ti or even something newer like a GT1030 pretty cheap these days.
You could also go for a 1060 3GB, but those are a bit more expensive than the cards richiestang_78 provided
