UserBenchmarks: Game 55%, Desk 52%, Work 45%
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K - 67.1%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 780 - 58.9%
SSD: Crucial M500 120GB - 70.4%
HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA200 2TB - 61.9%
RAM: Crucial BLS8G3D1609DS1S00. 4x8GB - 59.2%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3
These are my benchmark results, nothing was overclocked. I have taken very good care of my pc and ran the benchmark with nothing else open, but i got all poor results. Does anyone have an idea of what might be happening.

Solution
CPU.Userbenchmark exaggerates and isn't the best benchmarking software. Your score gets ruined if your SSD isn't top of the line or your GPU doesn't cost 800 dollars.

Don't take it to heart, use something like 3dmark
