Question Very quiet fan rattle on Sapphire graphics card ?

You're focusing on the rear of the card. Best that you inspect the fan side of the GPU to see which fan is exhibiting the noise. You can roll a sheet of A4 paper into a cylinder, holding one end to your ear while the other is used to inspect the source of the noise.

If the card's brand new, you should contact the seller and Sapphire and inform them of this, to keep them in the loop. Chances are you can initiate an RMA if the fan might be faulty or failing. Ofc, assuming that there aren't any cables in the way of the fan blades that might be brushing up against said fan blades.
