Very serious problem with my internet

Hey guys, I have windows 10 64bit with a pcie wireless card Asus n15 . I play GTA V, on my PC, every time the game kick me cause of the internet. Say everyone left etc.. and I left alone in a server, also when I drive many players told me that I lag very very very much. Also the pages on the Google chrome opening after 1 hour. I call on my ISP they couldn't identify the problem, also told me to turn off the modem's antivirus. I done this but nothing changed. I run many tests on my PC like antimalware programs, cleaner, SFC/ scannow etc. The card it's new. I tried many cards but nothing changed. Also my modem it's 5-10 meters from my PC, so that's why I have WiFi instead of Ethernet. U suggest me to get a new router? A ethernet cable 10 meters?

PROVIDER: WIND
COUNTRY: GREECE

A wired internet connection is always going to be more reliable and faster than a WiFi connection.

Yeah but on my mother's PC which have a cable connection I don't see any difference on the Mbps..

A 50 meter ethernet cable is better than WiFi.

Cat5e cables can run up to 100m without loosing integrity with anything over that not being guarantee, but i have cables in my shop that span longer then that.

Wired will always have a better connection speed and ping latency over wireless

Any 10 meter cat5e will work. I have no idea of your sources or prices.

Cat5e is all you will need. Cat6a can handle up to 10gb but unless you drop some coin to upgrade your network you will not be able to produce that speed. Your computer and network switch/modem/router for residential use only produce 1gb through put. Your ISP will also not be able to provide you with fast enough internet to warrant any sort of upgrade over 1gb network speeds.

Does your ISP provide the router or do you? If the ISP does, they might not like (or support) anything they don't provide.

Yeah they provide it to me. But I payed for it. 20 euros.
