Hello fellow PC users! Desperately need your help.
Not long ago I bought an SSD and did a clean Win10 install on it. For about a week I had no issues whatsoever but today I'm having these hiccups randomly happening time to time. Sound/video/inputs freeze for a fraction of a second, then all returns to normal.
The only thing I noticed was that the hiccups were taking place when I was using AceStream (p2p streaming platform).
To clarify the situation: 8gb RAM, plenty of it free at any given time, no CPU throttling, stable clocks/temperature, no BSoDs. I'm on a desktop, no power saving option that I know of is turned on.
Since I never had to deal with such an issue I have little idea of what to do, but quick googling gave me LatencyMon. Here's the results of a test:
The suspect seems to be the network controller driver? Many people seem to have had similar problems and some reported success after downgrading Intel network adapter drivers. Mine's Realtek though. Hope someone can help.
