Very Slow boot time with ssd and windows 8.1

I have a lenovo y50 laptop and It had so much problems with it's hybrid drive so I bought myself a crucial 1tb ssd and did a clone of my old hybrid drive to my new one. everything is loading fast except for the startup it is taking up to a minute and sometimes more to boot from the time I press the power button
Any one can help me with this?

It could well be that you have a lot of programs starting up in the background. Check through them and disable any you're sure you don't require. See https://www.howtogeek.com/162446/how-to-manage-startup-applications-in-windows-8/ to get started.

Not sure how old you machine is, but if you cloned the old drive are you sure that it's free of Lenovo's Superfish sypware - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superfish#Lenovo_security_incident ?
