I have done everything scanned with avast no malwere, scanned with malwerebytes no malwere again,i do frequent defragmentation, and i only use 150 gb from 500 gb HDD plus i have disabled all app start up programs it stars clean on desktop and still so slow...
any help?
p.s i have windows 10-64bit

Two possible solutions come to mind:

1) You might have a huge amount of programs starting at bootup. This isn't an uncommon problem, and is fairly easy to fix. Here is a very good tutorial that walks you through how to reduce the number of startup programs you are running:

2) If you can afford the upgrade, replacing your current HDD with an SSD would provide an enormous improvement in your laptop's speed. If you are currently using 150GB you'll need to look at something in the 250GB range at a minimum. Here is a great 250GB SSD to consider if it is a possibility for you:

**There is also a chance that your hard drive is wearing out. You might want to run a hard disk diagnostic program just to be sure of your drive's overall health. Here is a good free disk diagnostic tool:

i had allredy done that with start up programs but using Glary Utilities and disabled almost everything that was not from microsoft but i have about 40 microsoft prosseses is that normal?
P.S i cheked my drives health and its says its good, i bought the lap top 3 mounts ago

That's a Western Digital Blue drive, so it would be unusual if the drive itself was failing on you after only 3 months.

It sounds to me like there is still a possibility you have a virus or malware. Since Avast & Malwarebytes didn't pick up on it there is a chance you have something on your bootloader. Next step I would try would be to download the Kaspersky Rescue Disk from the link below, burn it to a CD/DVD, and run the CD at bootup. See if that can track down any possible viruses that could be hiding:
