[SOLVED] Very slow boot win10 on a very capable PC. Need help..

So i have a win10 installed since Dec, 2019. Everytging was blazing fast. Recently, my PC takes well over 2 mins to boot to windows after powering it up. It was no where near that time.
My spces,
Ryzen 3700x
32gb Ram 3200mhz
Crosshair vii hero
sabrenet 1tb nvme ssd (win10 on that ssd)
I cant go about reinstalling a fresh copy as i have a lot of softwares that have tons of users settings and it will reset after installing a fresh win.

I need help without reinstalling windows

Try installing a program called BootRacer to get some idea where your boot is slowing down.
