Very slow IE openings on all sites

I installed SP2 on WINxp PRO on a DELL 1.8mhz, 1 gig ram, lots of hardrive
space.
Opeing any site including a simple one like "Weatherbug" went from about 3
seconds to over 25 seconds. IE 6.2900 seems to be looking for site for 10
minutes ten opeing the site for 10 more.
I have two anti-ad programs and two anti spyware programs plus Mcafee
professional. Run all five to clear memory with no help then removed all of
them and still slow. Any help?
