Normally my Asus X550LA Windows 8.1 (64 bit UIEF) notebook boot and shutdown less than in 1 minutes (most of the cases it take 20 seconds). But when I reboot the notebook, it take more than 2 minutes to complete the boot. After it display the Windows boot logo, then it shows a black screen for a few minutes (to show the lock screen), once I submitted the user account log in PIN, it also take 30-45 seconds to display the desktop.

This issue only arise if I choose "reboot" option. If I select shout down or boot the notebook after normal power off, there's no such a issue.

However, in task manager it shows my notebook BIOS boot time 2.5 or 3 seconds (in reboot and normal power ON). I have SATA hard drive and its 2 months old notebook.

What is the reason for this matter?

Solution
Probably entries in startup making it go slow

If ccleaner is installed, go to tools/startup and tools/uninstall. Bottom right. Copy and paste whats in startup and whats installed
