Very Slow Slave Drive Access.

Intel I7-2600k
16gb RAM
64gb mSata (intel smart response enabled and running)
64gb SSD - Primary drive (OS)
500gb 6.0gb/s Slave drive (games, programs)
AMD 6870 Flex

All was fantastic for a week after this system was built.
Then out of no where, the slave drive access speed hit a huge snag. Games, programs, all on this drive take almost 10x longer than normal to load.
The drive only has 3 games, all updated, and maybe 5gb of music on it.
Example.
SWToR, levels take almost 3 minutes to load. Before, they took 10-20 seconds.
WoW, game and levels take 1-2 minutes to load. Before, they took 10 seconds.
CS:S, slow...SLOW server load times. Used to be nearly instant.

I chose the hard drive specifically because it was given a high read/write speed for a 6.0gb/s drive. Yet it seems to be at it's breaking point now.
The drive is only 25% full.

ChkDsk, reformat, restart, doesn't seem to have any impact on the issue.

I still can't figure this out. Deleted all files but games, repaired the games again. Loading screens are still unbelievably slow!
