Hello, My computer has been slow for a while now. Painfully slow...a few minutes to boot and a few more to be useable. Opening programs is also very slow but the internet is ok. I installed a new motherboard, cpu and memory and after reinstalling windows, it's still slow. Can anyone give me any ideas? Many thanks.

The lack of a ssd makes it slow with Windows 10, that's a fact. W10 is always busy with storage. HDD is bad in multitasking. When the OS is working on an update or something else on the hdd you can't do much else than wait. Installing the OS on a ssd is a huge improvement for the system. You must buy a ssd instead of new CPU, MB and RAM.
