Question VERY SMALL WHITE DOT ON NEW LAPTOP SCREEN ( FRUSTRATING )

Hey guys, I recently bought a new dell xps 15 9560 with a 4k model and noticed the next day that a small white dot was noticeable when my laptop screen turned black or blue. Is this a dead pixel? How can I fix this issue?

Dead pixel.
Contact Dell or the place where you bought the laptop from. See what's Dell's dead pixel policy. If they have zero tolerance, they should repair it / change the laptop.
