very strage problem- Only the 5 and 6 keys work properly, the other number keys work alternately

Hi, I have HP laptop with Windows 10, and after several month [I am not the first owner], suddenly started a strange proble. the numbers 5 and 6 [on the top of the keyboard] work fine, but the other number keys don't always work- sometimes they do and sometimes not. In addition, the down arrow, right arrow and left alt work the same strange way.

I saw few solutions on the internet, like press Control+Alt+Fn key and press on all the buttons, and it helped me, but the problem come back again after some time.

I tried all the common solutions like uninstall the keyboard from device manager, and I even reset the laptop to windows 8 and reinstall windows 10, without succsess.
Could this means it's a BIOS problem?

Please help me...

Sounds like it could be either a failing keyboard or the keyboard cable has come lose.
Search for videos on how to replace the keyboard for your exact model of laptop. Disconnect and reconnect the keyboard, making sure the connection is secure.

I will try this but I don't think it's the problem because some key combination that I saw in other threads did help me, so it might mean it's a software problem.

If you want to verify whether it's software or not just boot into safe mode for a while and see if the problem persists.
