Very strange audio problem.

Sometimes when I play games my audio will make scratching sounds and then go out.
At first I was thinking it was a bug with titanfall but found out that it is happening with a lot my games.

Resident evil 6 max payne 3 and witcher 2 did it so much I had to stop playing them.
Have had the problem ever since I build the computer. My temperatures never get too hot, I trade the motherboard two times, trade the ram and refund the hard drive for a better one and I reinstall my windows 8.1 six times so it cannot be virus.
when I am watching a movie and this happens the media player will give an error and youtube and VLC videos will be 1 frame per second and will stutter.
On somedays if I push record on fraps the audio will go bad immediately. Skype calls make it happen too.

PC parts are R9-280x windforce, fx-8350, Gigabyte 970A-UD3P, 8 GB ballistics ram, trittons 720 pro if it matters

I will unplug the trittons and find speakers to see if it was the problem. It may take a day or two but I will report back.

Ok I tried with speakers and the audio did not go out. I think it only happens when I use USB headphones.
