Very strange OS and BIOS behavior

I reinstalled Windows from scratch after my graphics card died, just because I might as well start clean again. Everything was running fine and my motherboard showed all good for the voltage coming from each PSU rail.

Specs: Asus Maximus VII Formula, OS drive: Samsung 850 Evo 120GB. Storage drives: 2x 1TB WD Blue, 1x A-Data SP550 480GB SSD, 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro, Windows 7 Home Premium, Corsair AX760.

Here's what happened. Everything was running fine and I was installing all my motherboard drivers and such. Everything worked fine. I then was doing a reboot just to completely finish everything up. That was the last point I installed anything new. Then later that night I rebooted again. This time though I was greeted with this black screen:

Boot Manager: Windows failed to start, a recent hardware or software change may be the cause.
Status: 0xc000000f
The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

This stood out to me because I've worked with Windows 7 for almost 7 years and I've never seen this before. It told me I should repair my OS using the Windows 7 install disk. I inserted the disk. It started to "Load Files" (black screen with the loading bar at the bottom). When this loading bar got completed. The PC promptly blue screened and shut down (so fast I couldn't read anything).

This then got the computer stuck in an infinite loop of this unless I unplugged it. I could get into Windows without a problem from a boot after a state of no power, but every reboot after that would trigger the problem above again. So Windows wasn't corrupted, but it acted like it was.

I finally fixed this by reinstalling Windows AGAIN. The only way I was able to do this was unhook the SATA cables to all of my drives, and then I could finally get into my Maximus VII Formula BIOS, which was impossible to get to during the problem above.

However now. I get this on startup once the desktop loads and everything

"BCLK MFC has stopped working". I know MFC is related to Windows, but I can't find anything on Google about BCLK MFC. I'm worried that even though Windows runs fine now, that something is seriously wrong.
