Very strange popup

Every few weeks when i start up my computer this pops up, windows defender says nothing's wrong. should I be worried?

turns out it was a corrupted file that usually comes with lenovo computers, thanks for the help everyone.

What language is that? what did you download?
Ran any anti malware scan?

check your task scheduler, or, when it is open, you might be able to 'jump to file location' by right clicking on it from within task manager

You can see startup in registry or use hijackthis log so you will identify the path and delete registry using hijackthis and it will be solved
