Question Very unhappy with new pair of Tribit Maxsound plus portable speakers 24 W

Required new speakers and had the following in mind
Bluetooth
TWS
Type C Charging
Sound quality and loudness.

Ended up purchasing a pair of Tribit MaxSound plus speakers https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B07V7S6KJ8/

Now very happy as it seems the loudness is way too low.

A friend has a lower model of tribit xsound go 16W and those speakers go better loudness. https://www.amazon.in/Bluetooth-Tribit-Upgraded-Portable-Waterproof/dp/B078S4P3J9

Am I doing something wrong?

No way to check anything since we can't hear what you are hearing, but since you got them from Amazon, return them and get the ones your friend has if you like them better.
