I want to get msi 750 graphics card.
But my system is intel i3 (3210). but msi graphics card supported only 30×16 pci express only.is this suitable for my pc.? how can identify my system has pci express board?

it is compatible with pcie 3.0 and before. they are backward compatible

so no worries, you likely have a pcie 2.0 slot but it will be fine for the MSI 750 card. you won't even know the difference.
