Very weird power on problem....

I've got a very odd problem here guys... When I power up my PC, it shuts off after like 2 seconds of posting, nothing on screen during this time. But then I just press the power button again and it starts like normal... I have no idea where to even start. It started doing this a few days ago, I didn't change anything or install anything that I remember so I'm not sure where to begin. Any ideas?

GTX 1050ti
16GB RAM

First unseat and re-seat all of the cables and modules and try it again. If that doesn't work start like it's a new build - psu, mobo, cpu, 1 ram module, onboard graphics and try it. Then build it up, testing at each step installing the graphics card last.

So it has done this before and I had reinstalled Windows and it stopped. It was late for me last night, thought I had added that. But that would lead me to believe it isn't a device issue... Something with Windows.
