[SOLVED] Very weird problem with my Display

Display: Samsung SyncMaster 920NW
I've been facing some weird problem with my display lately. When I turn off my monitor, it's normally, turned off. But if it cools down I can't turn it on for few hours till the white screen pops up and turns on normally. My power light is blinking in some weird way, and the screen is black. Any suggestions?

What you have is a very old panel. If anything I think it's time to retire the panel since the panel refuses to power up instantly indicating that the power delivery to the display is compromised.
