Very worrying issue with a Windows 8 user account

Hi, everybody! Today, I ran into this worrying issue. I went to load up Jetpack Joyride and I got this error saying that the app could not sign in to my Outlook account. I quit the app and then I got this error from Windows saying that it could not sign in to my Outlook account. I don't know my password. I sign in via a PIN, so I forgot my password. Should I reset my password on my Outlook account and then reset the password on my computer, or when I reset the password on my Outlook account, will it sync with the account on my laptop? Should I do anything else? Will this work? Should I restart? Please help. Thanks.

When you reset your outlook mail password that will sync with your PC (as long as you're online which shouldn't be an issue). You can then sign into the PC with that password.

Once the new password is synced you should be able to restart and use the new password. Of course since you use a PIN that won't be changed.

Does nothing happen when you press a key? Try to restart and log in again. If you still can't there may be more afoot than a bad password.

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a crazy glitch!! It also could have been a bad Internet connection. I also found my password.
