I have monitor AOC 24V2Q and I want to mount it on a double monitor arm. Is there any vesa mount adapter for this monitor.

Because there are no VESA mounting ports on the back your monitor, you will need an adapter similar to this or this. Availability depends on your country.

Keep in mind that some adapters are standalone and some come with the entire mounting kit. If they are standalone, take note of the mounting size (75 x 75mm, 100 x 100mm, etc). They should be compatible with any VESA mounting stand that supports the size you choose.
