Hi there,

Please forgive me for noobie question related buying a pc. For, gaming as well as development.

I am looking to buy the following configuration,

NZXT S340
EVGA 02G-P4-2966-KR GTX 960
CORSAIR HX750W
ASROCK X99
Intel i7 5820K
CORSAIR Hydro Series H80i (not GT)
GSKILL Ripjaws 4 Series 32GB DDR4 2400

Could you please tell me if any of the above have known compatibility issues? I am not looking run SLI for now. But I am looking reduce cost (provided I could still use a DDR4 and 6-core processor.

I really appreciate your answer.

Solution
if u need to lower cost, go get 4 crucial 2133 un heatsinked ram, there like $70-80 a stick, and most likely cheaper than the kit your buying. I had one stick of 8gb and could of bought 3 more for 32gb for the price of a 16gb kit. Not sure on the pricing of the H80i, but i think you should go for a high end cpu cooler like a noctua nh d14/d15 as it will prob be better than the h80i.

For X99 if ur going to liquid cool, might as well go for something like a h100i or a 240mm rad or bigger if overclocking

Switch the Corsair HX750 with a XFX XTR 750w, cheaper and fully modular, based of seasonic OEM so its a great psu. I use the 850w non XTR version, but the XTR is just an updated branding...
