Question VGA Boot Problems

Hi I am running a z370 e motherboard that has leds to show what’s wrong with my pc. When I boot I get a flash on cpu and dram meaning that they are properly working. But afterwards I get a nonstop white led on vga meaning that there’s an issue, while it’s lit up the green boot flashes meaning it should be good. Note, I was able to boot into bios but than ran into boot errors and after resetting my pc it came to this issue

Maybe try clearing/resetting all the CMOS/BIOS settings to default once again ? Can you boot your PC via the mobo's Integrated Graphics Processor ?

Which GPU is it ? Are you booting in UEFI or Legacy mode ?

I have a evga etc 2070. The fans turn on for about 10 seconds and then turn off on my gpu. I was able to fix it by repositioning the gpu but then I left it idle until it went into sleep mode, after that the same issue came back. I can’t boot without the graphics card
