My rig is:
Core i3 3.1Ghz 3Mb cache
p8H61m-LE board
4Gb DDR3 RAM
1TB HDD
450Watt PS

a)Which card from above will suit my requirements?
b)Does my motherboard supports PCIe 3.0 cards?
c) Is every ddr5 vga card better than any ddr3 card?

Regards.

Solution
Well, your motherboard does not support PCIe 3.0. I would recommend looking at the new GTX 750 TI as it will: 1) smoke the other cards you listed, 2) does not require a lot of juice which makes it ideal for you low watt power supply, 3) PCIe 3.0 is backwards compatible with PCIe 2.0, 4) is not a whole lot more money that then cards you have listed, 5) comes with 2GB of DDR5.

DDR5 is the norm these days regarding integrated graphics memory. Going with a DDR3 variant when you can get DDR5 easily would be a bad idea.

Read around the forums regarding PCIe 3.0 and PCIe 2.0 compatibility. There is tons of information out there regarding this particular subject.

BUT, if that's not the route you want to go, I would go with the R7 240.

Thanks for your time. I'm low on budget and need a card within 90-100$ range max. Can't go above this. If there's any other card capable of running at 1600*900 res HIGH Settings latest GAMES, plz recommend those.
