I PURCHASE DELL 7060 ,I UPGRADE VGA GTX1050 4GB CARD ,VGA CARD MENTION OF REQUIREMENT OF POWER SUPPLY MINUM 300 W BUT MY PC 260W ANY PROBLEM CAME , THIS PC 16 GB RAM BUT PERFORMANCES NOT GOOD

It is slightly less for the GTX 1050. Even though it might work, I won't recommend you to use this OEM DELL PSU. If you can get some other higher wattage high quality unit, then it would be nice, but it should be of small form factor size.

What's the size of your cabinet ? Small form factor ? Some of the bigger PSUs might not fully fit inside the cabinet, if it lacks enough room.

You need more headroom in terms of PSU output capacity, OEM PSUs are trash, I would recommend something like EVGA BR or Corsair CXM. You could also use some cheap osrs gp so that you wouldn't need to grind and your gaming would be more enjoyable
