The VGA light is on every time i try to start my computer; i haven't been able to make it to bios or get any display on the monitor at all. I've reseated literally everything, tried moving the graphics card to every slot, tried every combination of RAM seating, CMOS, MemOK button, VGA, DVI, and HDMI cables to the monitor, everything. Nothing can get rid of that VGA light.

Does anyone know any possible solutions to this? All help is greatly appreciated, keep in mind this is my first build

Motherboard is P8Z77-V
Graphics is GEFORCE GTX 770
Processor is i7-3770k LGA1155
Case is AZZA Toledo 30i
RAM is Corsair Vengeance 16 GB (4x4)

With no other components than RAMs, keyboard mouse and DVD drive, still getting the VGA led?
Then it might be a CPU socket bent pins issue or a short. Try testing the board outside the case. If still the same, I suggest reseating the CPU and inspecting the socket for bent pins.

HD as well. There's also a pin with "+5v, -Data, +Data, GND" that my motherboard manual didn't give me a designated slot for that I'm not sure if it could be playing a role.
I tried re seating CPU, no fix

The CPU is in charge with graphics when a graphics card is not inserted and the 3770k has integrated graphics. If the CPU fan is spinning when starting the board, then the CPU gets power. Why still red VGA led? Hard to say without swapping parts. Try testing the components at a local shop if not too expensive.
Have you checked the socket and no bent pins?

I checked the socket and it looked like one or two pins might of been bent; I moved them and the CPU led came on and then I moved them again(thinking I fixed it) and the VGA led light came back on.
