VGA Drivers Won't Install

I'm trying to hook up a monitor through a VGA to my motherboard while my other monitor is routed with a USB to my graphics card. I went and downloaded the On-Board VGA Drivers from the webiste of my motherboard (MSI H81i) and my OS (Win 8.1 64x)
but when I run the setup it says my computer does not meet the requirements. Any suggestions what I may doing wrong?

When you install an add-on graphics card, the on-board VGA graphics chip is automatically disabled to avoid a resource conflict.

That's why the on-board VGA driver says "your computer does not meet the requirements", because the VGA chip is disabled and therefore the driver setup can't find it.

The bottom line is you cannot use both the on-board VGA and your add-on graphics card at the same time.

To run two monitors you need to install an add-on graphics card which can support two monitors.
