Question VGA error led and Boot error Led both turning on, black screen on monitor

So i just built a new pc... my first one to be exact. But the first time i booted it everything seemed fine: the fans RGB lightning went on, the GPU and Motherboard light went on. But my screen remained black... i've tried multiple things like changing the GPU in different slot, reseating the RAM and i have now ordered a new power supply cause i think my 450 watt is to low for my specs. I asked on the PCMasterrace subreddit for tips too, but none of them worked. Somebody on discord said this website could help me alot more, so thats how i'm here hehe

it won't work if it don't have the version that support 9th gen
